IIRRH-BACC Healthcare introduces Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing- a recent development in modern medicine which is used to assess the genetic profile of the embryo before it is implanted, thereby increasing the chances of a healthy foetus.

- Hands on microscope, laser and trophectoderm biopsy
- Tubing/ Loading of cells
- Learn about the theory and practice of trophectoderm biopsy and cell preparation and the introduction of PGT to the clinical and laboratory setting

Course Overview:
This 3-day course will be a step-by-step guide to Trophectoderm Biopsy and cell preparation for PGT, with a critical appraisal of the technique’s efficacy including the role of vitrification. Methods for biopsy and cell preparation via tubing including a description of pipettes, media, and equipment will be discussed in detail. Demonstration of both techniques video and/or live demonstration is included.
